i want to get a i5 7600k but i dont know how to find a good cheap air cooler, i want one that is quiet but i dont know where to look.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

You didn't specify your budget so I'll assume it's fairly limited and make my first recommendation a 212 evo.

The Hyper 212 evo is essentially a standard among decent cheap air coolers.

Hyper 212 Evo

 

If you're looking for a  particularly good or particularly quiet cooler, you should look into an offering from Noctua or BeQuiet!

Hyper 212 Evo is a really old design.
The DeepCool Gammax 400 or GT are better performers that are newer.
