Nope.Nova launcher + UCCW + MultiPictureLiveWallpaper +  some other widgets D:.

I've had this way before Themer launched.

I do have it installed though :P.

Lockscreen has scrolling weather on the bottom, clocks, quotes and calender I can bring up with a click on the lockscreen.

What's Themr?

It is Themer Beta. An app that allows you to download super fancy "themes" for your home screen. I have not been using it since KitKat. The Google experience launcher is so good.
