I assume you are using Windows 10. Download is under 'LAN Drivers'.

Are you using WiFi... Or an ethernet cable (presumably from your router/modem to your desktop)? Or using an extender with a wired connection?

Well WiFi would imply it's wirelessly connected.

This just sounds like a networkcard driver issue, you probably have to reinstall that.

You do, it's probably just built into your motherboard.

What are your fully system specifications? Are there any other devices connected to your wired network that are having problems?

uh yea my brothers pc is also connected on ethernet
