help help please

hi everyone,im new to the forum , im a 16 year old from India, ive been watchin LMG's vids since over an year now ,im a pc build freak, but literally no money to do it so lol, i have these skills - certified EDM producer - released 2 tracks officially , 80+ unfinished tracks ; Gamer - 800 Hours of CSGO , 400 Hrs of PUBG PC (Steam) in 2019 - can’t stream because i have a potato pc , i usually play in gaming centers;Deep Windows OS knowledge ;Kali Linux OS stuff ; VFX & Video Editing (AE & Premiere Pro) ; Crytocurrency & Blockchain knowledge ; Video Streaming stuff ; Youtuber - I have channel with 3K subs and 100000+ watch hours but not monetised due to copyright stuff(banned due to 3 strikes 7 mins ago); Website Building & Blogging ; Basic knowledge of servers & related stuff................................ ive done any of this except gaming , only to earn some dough but ive literally earned 0 since the past 4 years being online.

 

My current PC (Laptop) specs - Intel i3-6100U Dual Core - 2.3 GHz Intel Integrated HD Graphics 520 No dedicated GPU 4 GB DDR3L RAM 

Using it since over for 5 years now,

 

and..............yea

now to the main part,

i seriously want a gaming pc, but i cant afford it, parents are like 'r u fkin crazy' , nobody will give me a job in India at age 16 , most jobs require a min age of 18 and work experience of which i have none,

so i started a gaming channel in the hope to earn some money, i upload montages of other peoples plays , and now my laptop is stuck in the no admin rights loop , so i cant do anything , cant compile any videos, nobody at win support could solve my problem , i went to a laptop repair outlet in my city, they said they need to reset the laptop by erasing everything from the HDD , i dont have any cloud services or external hdd's do that i can do a backup, i have 250 GB of crap , so i took my laptop back, i literally cant install, uninstall,run anything on my pc.

 

Please someone help me to earn some money with all my probs ,

Not a business model that's going to work. Too much copyright problems. On top of that, if you want success on YouTube, you'll have to create original content. Just editing together some footage from someone else won't get you anywhere. (unless you have a job as a video editor)

 

Also how on earth are you able to afford an  Adobe CC subscribtion if you have not a penny to spend on computer hardware?

 

You should be able to repair the instance with an installation disk/usb drive.

An option would be to recover files by booting into linux from a usb drive, and then reinstall windows.

no, it says that my current user acc that i use is the admin but i cant access anything, i cant even run cmd as admin, i cant even reset my pc as it requires admin rights
