I was planning to buy this one because its price is quite cheap in Vietnam and the size is also reasonable, but some people say it is not as good as the CM MA620P although it is bigger and there are quite a few cases that can fit.  If there is a suitable case, its price is also quite high.  So should I buy it?

Even MA620P looks more impressive than its actual performance (just less so than the Neptwin), if you arent cooling something massively hot I dont see why you shouldnt buy the Neptwin

I had the neptwin v2 in my last build. Good mounting system, fairly quiet, stays cool.

I recommend it.

I plan to buy Deepcool Neptwin v2 for use with R7 3700x because of its good price but it also fits the case.  Does it really fit?

Depends on the size of your case. Measure your case depth and compare that to the measurements of the Neptwin.

The deep blue sky is infinitely high and crystal clear.

The MA620P is a bit better but the Neptwin V2 is also fine if you'd prefer to save some money.

What case and ram are you using?

Why are you looking at these coolers in particular? Can you link us to where you're shopping? Budget?
