Hello, for several months now I have been having trouble with my new desktop that I built. At first it would boot no problem then it had points where it would get stuck booting showing a DRAM error (yellow light), but restarting would fix this. Then it started doing it more and then started showing a CPU error during boot (red light). Now one by one I have sent in my RAM to be RMA'd, motherboard twice to be RMA'd including them giving me an entirely different board, and finally I sent my CPU in and received a brand new one. It still is having the issue. Before it would boot with only a single stick of ram in it sometimes or it would show DRAM error, but with two sticks it shows a CPU error. I have ruled out RAM, Motherboard, and CPU as potential problems as the error lights suggested were the problems. This past time before I sent in the CPU, it was running but unstable and would often randomly default back to booting from the DRAM stage check. I was attempting to update drivers using a few different recommended softwares that scanned and installed the latest ones for me. During the use of one I got a weird feeling and canceled the process and shut the computer down in the middle of the update (against my better judgement). Now it won't post period but the lights all come on and it shows DRAM and CPU error again. I can't get to my BIOS even. Any idea what I can do to remedy this problem? Thanks.

Below are my system specs.

Ryzen 3900X

RTX 2070 Super Gaming X Trio

Trident Z Neo 2x16GB 3600MHz

ASUS TUF Gaming Motherboard with WIFI

Sabrent Rocket 512GB NVME SSD

3TB Seagate HDD

Corsair RMX750 Powersupply

I’m maybe going on a limb to say this but have you tried booting with no GPU or RAM in the System and connecting the onboard HDMI to a monitor to get a display?

if it’s not the cpu then check with the GPU and CPU in.

if that’s not the issue then try both ram sticks in a 1 stick memory configuration, do that for both of them if the motherboard still doesn’t post then it’s the Motherboard.

Have you cleared your Cmos? I would try that first, then if you can post into bios set everything to stock and update your Bios. That would be what I would try first.

The 3900x doesn't have a integrated gpu so you wouldn't get any display

Do you have ram in slots 2 and 4?

I swapped it to from the B2 to A2 slot for the ram and tried again but nothing changed. I just remembered that a while back I was playing MW after it came back out and during an online game after several hours of playing, the colors kind of went wonky but when I shut the game down and restarted, everything was fixed. Does that hint at anything?
