how do i enter disk manager?

Disk part is windows key+R key or you can type disk management in the windows search bar at bottom if one of those are what you need

Device manager = win+r then devmgmt.msc

Disk management = win+r then diskmgmt.msc
Diskpart = win+r then cmd then diskpart

Right-click Start -> Disk Management.
