• Nice powerful Zen 2 processor for good in game and general computing performance. 
  • Swapped to the MSI MAX series MOBO, so the BIOS are guaranteed the right ones for this chip. The Asrock one may or may not be ready to go out of the box, and if not that's a headache. This board also just has better VRMs.
• 3600mhz CL16 RAM is the sweet spot for Zen 2. So an upgrade there.
• Better quality SSD (still SATA, but just more features you'd want.) And skipped the expensive 2TB storage. You can always add more, and in the previous build, we are hurting parts that matter to make it fit.
• 2060 Super will be a slight hit in performance, but the Navi cards have actually presented some headaches for their owners. We can skip all of that and get a great card in budget.
• I personally own and love this case. It's got great airflow and management, and the CX550W is a solid Bronze unit.
• Since the games listed are more visual, and less like eSports, I went for a 1440p IPS monitor. This will look really nice for AAA gaming. If you wanted something for more competitive, reaction based gaming like eSports, then swap this out for a 1080p VA panel with 144hz refresh.

well sometimes it does cause some brands are worse/less trustworthy.

in my opinion it does but i guess its up to whoever is paying the money

Considering the specs and price new RAM is a drop in the bucket, if it works it works.

I said nothing to the contrary. I personally (and with no company bias, I love my RX580) would go RTX right now if it was my money.

You'll be taking a performance hit in the GPU section. Frankly without an overclock, the 3600 will challenge the 7700k as well.  I'd say a few steps down from the proposed units, but I can't say it's a bad deal since it includes a pretty nice mouse / keyboard / monitor included and a decent overclocking setup as well. 

 

I agree with perhaps finagling an $850 deal if you can, but it's not a bad deal.
