How about determining if it's your GPU or CPU fault.

For CPU - Prime95 (blend)

For GPU - GPUPI

Also should monitor the temperatures of both

That's absolutelly acceptable, but testing Prime95 at least an hour, what are CPU max temps? If it does not fail.

It may not even be the CPU or the GPU, a lot of the times the issue boils down to a faulty PSU. If you have another one lying around or have someone with a rig to test it, do that first before dropping $300 on a new CPU/GPU only to maybe get the same issue

I'm on stock cooler so is it safe to run prime95?

And I'm running on CX430!

In modern CPU-s there is not too high of a chance to damage them with excessive heat.

If temps reach 100C then there's a problem.

I've tried Far Cry Primal tho! I Started Benchmark and it crashed after 5 second!

Is This GPU fault! PSU fault? I'm so scared!

Maybe try Display Driver Uninstaller to remove all traces of driver remnants and install the latest drivers.

Though seems strange tht crashes only in games if it is so...

PSU in this case  I doubt is to blame, but if everything else fails, might be worth a try.
