GTX 1080 VS RX 5700 XT

Which card is better for gaming? According to UserBenchMark they are about the same in terms of FPS but I wanted more input on the subject.

Depends on the game. In general the 5700XT is faster but suffers more with drivers.

 

edit: and not like it's that much faster, definitely not worth an upgrade to the XT if you already have the 1080.

Well I have a 5700XT and have zero issues with the driver.

Performance youre right about + support for (a bit) newer stuff.

FOLDING MONTH 2021! GOGOGO and save on some heating costs 🙂

Do you already have the GTX1080? If so I would recommend keeping it as the upgrade to the RX5700 XT isn't going to give significant improvements. 
If you're looking at used GTX1080 then it depends on the price.

If you already have an inferior GPU then go with the 5700XT as the drivers are OK now
