Disk 0 and Disk 1 are a single SSD

I have a 2tb ssd on my laptop, but it's been separated. I have no idea how to combine the two and the problem isn't easily google-able. I'm missing out on a lot of unaccessible storage.

 

How do I recombine them?

Yes, those parts are "partitions". 10 makes usually two smaller and one big, general use partition.
