Might be worth checking, because really your CPU meets the min, and your GPU should be fine. Maybe try installing it on your SSD.
If you check the system req's, they seem pretty certain they want high speed storage:

At least if you need to upgrade something, getting a 1TB SSD is the cheapest solution, and really, a good thing to pick up before NAND jumps in price later this year.
