Is this a good pc?

Amd Radeon 5700 

16gb 3200 mhz ram or 32gb

amd 3600x

what should i uppgrade?

i have bought the graphics card though

but the other i haven’t

I'd go with the Ryzen 3600 and faster RAM (3600MHz).

 

16GB unless you are using more than that routinely.

any computer on earth can run an hd 144hz monitor provided the gpu supports the resolution and refresh rate.

I mean without knowing what games or genres I can say you'll get high FPS on minesweeper for sure

if it's 144hz display the "fps" will be 144 at all times. much in the same way every display works

no , i wouldnt expect most computers to maintain 144fps in modern titles for a considerable amount of time. it certainly might start off getting good fps but will only get worse as the game and OS are left to their own devices update wise. unless you left it offline in which case the performance would stay consistent forever pretty much.

Yeah i dont need the best just that its good enough for me. I have never built a pc so its kinda stressful. But thx

theres zero reason someones first build should cost money. dig some free or cheap pc's out of the garbage and build with those first before spending money.

Welp i have all the parts accept CPU and ram i bought a bundle that came broken so when i get a refund i will order the rest.

Im 13 and always wanted to have a pc so its like my drem come true so i saved up for somerhing big right away insted.

I have a rx5700 and a ryzen 3600x so I could probably help you out a bit here. @Marre77

What resolution and what games are you looking at playing? 

No cpu mobo or ram atm

I actually did or more like my dad. He has built many pc a in hos life so he helped me. It was Done just that the bundle was broken by shipping so like other wise he will help me
