how much W power supply will i need

specs:

asus rog strix b450 f gaming

amd ryzen 5 3600x

 nvidia rog strix RTX 2060 super 8gb

corsair vengeance 16gb ddr4 3200mhz

NZXT H510 Vit/Svart

Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5'' HDD

just give me the W i will need plz

450-550W would be plenty, provided it's a good quality unit.

Tier B+ or better would be good.

 

Something like a Corsair TXM / RM or Be Quiet Pure Power 11 / Straight Power 11 or BitFenix Whisper / Formula Gold for example.

The 2060 Super is a 175W card, so somewhere around 250-300W. What matters more is that you get a decent PSU.
