Best motherboard for 9900k under 250

Looking at the gigabyte aorus pro wifi. Looks perfect at 180 usd but ive seen a couple reviews mention some crazy high dpc latency on this board when tested. 3 times as high as tge competition. 
 

Worried this could cause stuttering in games like bfv.

So the dpc latency thing is a non issue? I upgraded to avoid stutter so this is kind of worrying. Anandtechs review brought it up and another review showed it even worse.

it seems to be a gigabyte Z390 thing. Next cheapest decent non gigabyte board is the asus strix z90-e but that has iffy vrms. 
 

The maximus hero has better vrm but thats 280 which is a hundred more that the gigabyte.
