The build seems quite alright, though my suggestion would be to upgrade the RAM to 32GB and, provided you have the budget for it, a higher refresh rate monitor.

Athlon X2 for only 27.31$   Best part lists at different price points   Windows 1.01 running natively on an Eee PC

Honestly, for the target res of 1080p, the RX590 is plenty enough, a 2070 is a bit overkill for that. Unless, of course, you're planning to use ray-tracing or higher resolutions like 1440p or 4K.

30 series is supposed to launch this year, might as well wait for that.

@LaughingHyena @Djole123 i think i just overrated the rx 590 , i tought i could play every game on 1080p on Max settings with 60fps.

i often have to change several things to get my 60fps..

I avoid AMD GPUs like the plague. Team Green FTW.

Once the 30 series is announced/launched, the 20 series should have some pretty decent price drops. I have a 2060 Super, and you probably don't need anything more than a 2070 Super to play most if not all games at max settings.
