Origin Account hacked and then Banned perma from Apex Legends help

Ive been away from my computer for half a year as I was out of the country, Got a new rig and asked a friend if he wants to play with me some Apex as I was unaware my account has been hacked from all around the world(Prob the same person using a VPN) but the kicker is my whole friendlist has been removed and my Apex Account got banned as well as Battlefield 1 and 4 but I am not certain of that... I am not having a good time with customer support over at EA Help/Contact EA I have plenty of emails (+100) saying there has been a sign in from WEB in a spand of 6, 7 months...

If somebody has someone at EA/Origin I would greatly appreciate the help because this just bums me out...

Didn't really have enough time as I was out of the country away from my pc and everything for half a year so the answer to that is No...

No offense, I just find that extremely hard to believe. Unless you were living in the jungle.

Email doesn't really require you to be at your specific PC, or in your country.

Not everywhere has connectivity. If he was in the tar sands of Alberta out in the middle of nothing or working in a super 3rd world region there's very limited to no internet connectivity. Might be some voice available in those places but not enough data to work with email. We had some customers a few years back who were on a religious mission on an island in the south pacific, they had to hike 4 hours then take a boat for an hour just to use a land line telephone so they only had contact outside the few villages on that island once a week and completely zero internet access.

I mean its not about me having internet access it was just, I didn't focus on any electronic stuff as much as I did on real world stuff Its my fault I never looked at my email but wasn't able to focus on it as much so I just didn't bother and I regret that a lot

Honestly it's not any of their business as to why you weren't able to check your email, just use the standard blanket response that shuts down most questioning and say it was 'due to illness I was unable to'. You'd think they'd have something like banks and credit card companies have that blocks your login if it's a new device until you verify it's you via email or text or something.

Luckly I never leave my bank stuff saved when I buy stuff so no I got my account back but still banned from the games I own and thats my biggest issue unfortunatly but its what ever

My Origin account was stolen before. I'm not sure I noticed an email notifying me about it, I think I found out just by trying to log-in and not being able to and not receiving any password reset email when I requested one.

Origin support can see what IP an account has been logged-in from and when, as well as when the account details were changed, if they were. And they have a rule saying that accounts may not be transferred. So, if there's a sign that the account ownership details were transferred to somebody else, they'll reset them to their original ownership details. If you're the account's original owner, they should set it back to you.
