How does one decide on a case? 

I do want a window and easy to clean.

Can someone please recommend me some cases to consider?

Cooler Master MasterBox 5 Mid-Tower does the job.

 

i saw it in action, not bad for the price, it was 60$ on sale. 

 

other ... prices. are different.

Corsair Obsidian Series 450D Airflow Edition

Looks really beautiful but a really old case. 

Do they sell optical drives these days?? 

I love the dust-proofing.

No budget 

Canada 

Looking for a REALLY GOOD air flow case. Easy to clean dusts out and one with a handle would be nice but not necessary.

I'm assuming this is an ATX case? ATX cases with handles are rare unless you're buying specially sized ATX cases like the Sliger Cerberus X, otherwise they're DIY addons.
