If you were getting stutters during your stream, you might need to just tweak some settings in your streaming software. You might be able to keep your monitors at max refresh in that case! I personally like NVENC because of the great optimization, and the fact I only have a 75hz monitor, and 2x 60hz monitors, so I can handle the extra strain it puts on my GPU.
