ROG STRİX 580 Doesn't working with primary x16 slots

I got upgrade gpu on my rig GTX950 to RX580 and its choose hard way.  No boot, no entering bios no post screen just classic 1 long 4 short beep and no display (but os is works fine i can hear windows sounds anyway.)

 

Only works on x8 slot. I installed drivers everything fine but look terrible and some games little bit has a lag.

 

So... I try update bios latest version nothing really changed ı try another display, another cable another output dvi-d, hdmi, display ports...

 

Card doesn't have waranty so what can ı do? 

 

Motherboard: Rampage II Extreme

Ram: Hyperx DDR3 hx316c10fb/4

Cpu: W3670

Power Supply: Dell H875EF-00 875 Watt 80+ Silver

Check your memory, change the dimms. Why did you buy a card without warranty?

Most likely second hand.

I don't think about memory sticks. Cause its working fine with GTX 950 also no errors in Memtest. I try every channel but same beefy beep.

 

Card sended me like gift and card works on my friends pc.

Also I should mention that OP said that GTX950 worked in the same X16 slot but RX580 doesnt however card works in the x8 slot.

Clean the cards contacts with alcohol, blow plenty of air through the pcie-slot.

Card working on x8 slot fine, ı just cleaned already don't give post on primary pcie x16 slot. Also there is a no issue with pcie x16 slots there are fine works with Nvidia cards.

Im gonna try motherboard slots with contact cleaner hope she works ? 

 

Edit: Still same problem I'm gonna trade this Gpu to Sapphire RX580 or Gtx1060 6G ?
