Upgrading from a R710 for a Minecraft server

Insprill

Ok so I currently have a Dell PowerEdge R710 with duel Xeon X5690s and 128gb ram that runs 7 Minecraft servers (yes ik thats alot) I'm looking to upgrade and I'm not 100% sure where to go. I've been think i could buy a R620 i found a few with 128gb ram for $250-$300 and i was thinking i could sell my R710 and a R200 i have laying around and then also sell the CPUs the 620 comes with (and buy a pair of 2667 v2 or 2680v2. As I'm writing this i found a 620 with 192gb ram and 2 2670s for $550, would that be a good deal? Like I'm just not 100% sure where to go, and I'm not tied down to any 1 idea. Any suggestions would be amazing :)

What is limiting you with the r710? What do you want to be faster?

Since you can reuse the ram from your r710, id just move that to the new server if you go dual 2011.

For minecraft id try going with something newer like ryen based or e5 v3/v4 chips for the better single threaded peformance.

I would go with a server that supports v3/v4 CPUs but they only support DDR4 which for a Minecraft server would be amazing, but its really expensive. Would going to a r620 and getting a pair of e5 2650 v2? One like this: https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F283559301234 be worth it?
