I use OBS every time I need to record something that I don't trust GeForce Experience with(I have an Nvidia card).

I tried to use xbox bar (Win + G) and (Alt + R) but the recording always slow the game play and the result is slow distorted video . How I can record at high fps without affecting game play ?

OBS: Open Broadcaster Software ? the radeon adrenalin is slowing the game and sometimes produce distorted videos.

Whats your CPU? That will have impact unless you use GPU as encoder.

3600 but will get 3800x soon . is there a way in radeon software to choose GPU ?

Well, Radeon software is for GPU. Whatever its currently called. You have enough power to just encode on CPU too.

I added shortcut for start/stop recording but it only work in desktop not inside the game, is there a way to make recording start/stop while I am inside the game ?

My guess would be your start/stop recording buttons are interfering with another keybind in your game.

Pro tip. like actual from Eposvox. Bind OBS shortcuts to numpad keys if you have full sized keyboard. Those aren't used by games and you have 14 places to put stuff.

Hi guys

after many tries I found that all recording gaming software has a killer problem: it lag the game alot , is there any fix for this problem ?
