How much does a company pay for a patent owner per product.

For example lets say I have the patent of the cpu and intel sold 100000 cpus per 100 dollars, how much do I get?

Depends on the licensing fee for the patent. Usually that is set by the patent holder.

Depends on various things. Like how big of impact it has and how big the volumes are. For example the Samsung-Apple bezel patent case was about some 2-3 cents per unit. But the total cost became millions just because of the volumes of sold units.
