Corsair Crystal Series 460X compatibility question

Gedell

Hello,

I currently have the Corsair Crystal Series 460X. Is the RGB hub that comes with this case the same one that is compatible and comes with the Corsair ML120 PRO RGB 120mm PWM Fan 3 Pack with Node Pro?

I ask this because I am considering purchasing a Commander Pro link system and 2 separate Corsair ML120 PRO RGB fans instead of the 3 pack with Node Pro (because I don't need 3 fans and want the features of the commander pro), and I was just wondering if the RGB hub that comes with my case will work with it.

These are the products I am considering purchasing:

Regards,

Mr. Gedell

Edit: Perhaps this question might be better suited in the air cooling section of the forum?

Edit: I received a lovely response from Corsair Support that has answered my question, so for anyone else that finds this post from Google, they have stated that yes the RGB hub is the same:

"First of all, thank you for choosing Corsair. You are correct that the 460x comes with an RGB hub that comes with ML 120 pro-RGB fan kit as well.

If you have plans on buying these two, please take note that the RGB hub can only support 1 fan model at a time. Meaning, if you have SP fans connected to it that comes with the 460x, you'll need 1 more hub for the ML fans. The good thing is, Commander pro has 2 LED channels that can accommodate 2 RGB hubs"
