Does anyone else have access to your computer? Do you pirate any movies, shows, etc? Have you done a basic malware/virus scans?

No, I have never pirated anything, no one else has access to my computer. I haven't done a malware scan, I'll do one with windows defender right now. But, why would someone type "you use gimp wow" into my search bar...

neat! was it internal or external, IE dose anyone else have access to the system? If so, it was likely internal, ask around before you go awol.

if it was external.. umm you have a bunch of work to do. Change all your passwords for everything online, use a non compromised system to do so. Then format the living hell out of your drives and reinstall windows. Check your router for any suspicious activity. As an added bonus, factory reset your phone, if there be a black hat on your network, he/she has been in more than just your computer.

Something else to worry you, if an attacker got in once, he will probably get in again, so setup counter measures.

Definitely change your Wi-Fi password.
