Ryzen 4000

Is there any info if the new CPUs Ryzen 4000 from AMD will use the current socket AM4 or we will have to buy a new motherboard ?

4000 should be compatible with existing AM4 boards, however it's up to the motherboard manufacture to release a new BIOS.

Them being AM4 is pretty much confirmed. OK no one said it jet but 98% sure. If you also have a decent mobo it will get updated with support for the newer chips

Do we know when AMD will be releasing it? (Estimate of course) I plan on doing another AMD build soon once they release their newest CPU + GPU.

yes I am asking this because I will buy x570 instead of B450 so I make sure it will get updated.

I read it is at the end lof current year like E4

Oh, okay going to be a while then lol. Not for their new GPU at least?
