Will the Intel Stock Fan be enough for my Q6600 at 3GHZ

since you have both, you'll have to find out. If you get away with low voltages it's doable, but keep in mind you have to keep the old core 2 series under 72 celsius

Hello,

I recently bought a Q6600 and I have a old intel stock cooler (copper base 0.6A fan) and wanted to know if it can give me stable temperatures with it overclocked to 3ghz.

Thanks in advance.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Do you think it will be enough for 1.385 V ?

The old tall Intel stock cooler with the copper core should handle it I'd reckon. I had one of those on a Q9650 back in the day and worked fine, but to be fair those were better binned chips I'd imagine. Fortunately since you have both of the parts you can go ahead and test it out.
