Best 780 model for overclocking?

Who makes the best overclocking 780 card. Like manufacturer and the model (I.e. Msi lightning)

The one you mentioned. If you can find it in stock, get it. The cooler has more potential than the Kingpin edition.

Kingpin or lightning edition cards. Asus also have some good overclocks I've heard.

Id go with the Classy or the Dcu2.

Yeah, the EVGA Classified, MSI Lightning, or the Asus DCu2 would do very well.

I have the GTX 780 DC II model, oc'd to 1215 core / 6800 memory, scoring almost 3000 in valley on extreme HD

No one yet has mentioned that you could just get a bad card, as seen in Linus' latest 780ti windforce video, the aftermarket card actually overclocked worse than a stock card.
So while you spend extra on the VRM, better cooling etc, you could get a dud overclocking chip. Just something to keep in mind.

I purchased an EVGA Classified GTX780 and was able to OC to 1350 core / 7000 memory with ease. It has awesome features like the dual BIOS that allow you to have a power target of 115% vs 110% for OverClocking, which is nice. My temps with their built in air cooler were around 65-70C under full load. (also nice) I could have taken it further but I am conservative with my temps and didn't want a 24/7 computer running much higher voltage (mine is set to 1.25v instead of the 1.15v that the card can go to stock).

Classified  - OR - If you can find a Lighting with Hynix or samsung memory, they actually have a better power delivery setup than the Classified and have a better stock cooler.
