I was a winner for the NCIX BF4 giveaway, but they sent me an expired unique coupon code. Can anyone explain to me how this works?

I don't think their intention was to give you a bad code.

Email / call / skype / smoke signal / carrier pigeon them and sort it out.

Give them some time after the email.. maybe two days or three at most.. if they dont respond maybe PM Linus.. Even tho he doesent work for them anymore, he still does tech tips for them and should be able to get them to respond to you
