It is coming from power supply I think. It doesn’t fit into any ports on my motherboard. I think it is a SATA cable but it doesn’t fit in the SATA ports.

If it doesn't fit in a SATA port, chances are it's not a SATA cable. Please provide a better picture and some useful information. If your information consists of the words "I think" you're wrong and not helping yourself.

Also, have you considered the possibility that this isn't a required cable and your system might boot without it?

It's out of focus, but my first guess would be that it's the led on connector coming from the case ... it's a 3 pin connector with just two wires (black which would be ground and red which would be some voltage, usually 5v).

If that's what it is, it would go in the front panel header on your motherboard.

Give more details, follow teh wires and say where they go.

Show the actual holes of the connector, to figure out pitch, diameter of the holes etc ... we don't have a scale (how wide the connector, how thick the wires etc)

Floppy drive power connector is my guess.

Here is a better picture. My pc is not booting that’s the only reason I posted this here. Could I have plugged the front panel cables into the wrong spots?

The connector in the first picture above is SATA... it goes into a SATA connector.  But it doesn't look/feel like the connector which says P4 in the first post

The power switch and the other connector doesn't go in that header.

Look in the manual of your motherboard and find the FRONT PANEL connector.  It's probably the one which has JFP on it, to the top right  There's even legend by the connector: first 4 pins 2 on top and 2 on bottom are the leds (the + and - matter there), the next 4 pins are the switches (power on / off and reset)
