Do your own research, figure out what parts you need, buy them and build your PC. 

 

Use pcpartpicker.com and watch Youtube videos of people building their PCs.

Figure out what games you want to play, at what resolution and quality settings (medium, high, ultra), and at what frames per second.

 

That'll give you an idea of what to look for.
