My pc freezes and when i restart it show like this, i am not even able to diagnosis my hard drive, it stays frozen after it luckily starts 

Help me with this

Cpu :- Intel core i5 6402P 

Mobo :-  gigabyte b150m-ds3h-cf

Ram :- 12 gb DDr4 - 2133 cl 14 288

Gpu:- ASUS ROG Strix Gaming RX 570 OC 4GB

psu :- Corsair VS550 550-Watt

This error means the PC can't find the drive it should start up from.

Either a broken:

- HDD

- Cable

or

- motherboard (sata port/controller)

 

Since it starts up sometimes (if I read that correctly?) I would almost assume it's the drive.

Do you have everything from this drive backed up?

 

You could consider trying to plug into another SATA port, but I would look to replace the drive (or connect it to another system to run Crystaldiskinfo to see if the drive health is okay).
