Anyone having problems with Cod Mw on Pc?

I’m having major problems on cod mw on pc when I load into the game the loading screen freezes and then the game shuts down but sometimes it will get to the screen where you select campaign or multiplayer and that’s fine but when I click multiplayer then it freezes and crashes (it’s been doing this every since I got the game like 2 days ago)

 

what I’ve tried

 

ive tried reinstalling amd driver (rx 580)

scanned for problems on blizzard (no problems)

deleted game and reinstalled 

 

nothing work can anyone help!

i7 3770

16gb ram

2x500gb ssd

rx 580 4gb

Try updating windows. I was having some similar problems and it was because I was a version behind.

^ Which makes no sense from a developer standpoint but thx activision

I’m already on version 1909 and I checked to see if there was updates but there were no updates

Does it give an error code, a bugsplat, or some other pop up when it crashes?
