solution to stop hair being smushed by headset

i have headset, I have the big air. how 2 stop big hair being smushed by G A M I N G headset. when i wear headset for like an hour my hair gets smushed is there a way to stop it

 

 

 

(this is a serious question but i'm too lazy and tired to use real engrish)

ear pods instead of headphones? or really big sturdy head strap on headphones? (not sure if its a thing)

Use in-ear headphones and a microphone, computer speakers, or have short hair.
