Hardline bend with tube preinstalled

Just out of curiosity, is it possible/safe to hardline bend tubes that are already installed with a heatgun/hair dryer?

Considering most people use a rubber rod in a hardline pipe before bending, I would say:

No.

 

I mean, you could bend it.. But you'll likely not have it stay round in the correct way at all angles.

You can probably reshape the bend slightly if it's off but it will not work well especially if there is no internal silicone rod to prevent it from collapsing. That is barring that the loop is empty and you are still in the assembly phase if there is fluid absolutely no way.
