What is the best keyboard for typing?

I would like to know what is the best keyboard for a high school AP English teacher and future author, silent (so no interrupting students), no tenkeyless (putting in grades), I don't want or need pain from typing from hours. No wrist rest please. I prefer full height key caps.

What keyboard should I get/use?

IBM Model M, may be too clicky

so you could look into those Dell office keyboads, ive had great experience with them are practically silent.

Low profile switches?

Best is all up to preference. Everyone is different

For gaming, mechanical keyboard wins hand down. For typing and other stuffs, I actually prefer Microsoft Surface keyboard. Really nice to type on. Microsoft also has Modern Keyboard, same as Surface keyboard but with fingerprint sensor and uses LiPo battery instead of AAA.

I really struggle with Japanese keyboards, US ones are mostly OK but I have to hunt for some symbols. 
 

UK ones are fine though.
