Looking for way to mount mic arm

HazmatPyro

Hi:) I'm looking for a way to mount a mic arm without screwing it into my desk. The reason is that I don't like how it looks when it's screwed into a table. I've thought of mounting a piece of wood to the wall and screwing it into there but it would probably not be that stable. Please help

Dont most have a clamping system like monitor stands?Screenshot_19.png.2a92c00657563608ce96855be8fd7712.pngLike this.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

Yes, but I'm not sure mounting it to the monitor arm or onto a piece of wood screwed into the wall would be a good idea. And as I said in the description, I don't like how it looks like when clamped onto the desk.

Since theres not many option for wall mounted arms go with your idea get a block of wood bolt the arm onto it then just get a wall mount bracket [ones used for shelves] and screw that to either a stud or drywall. Though if you go with drywall use appropriate hardware for that.
