PC has weird crashes during certain games.

I made a post earlier but I wanted to simplify recently built a new pc

Specs Ryzen 5, 2600

Aorus b450m MOBO

16 gbs of Corsair vengeance lpx 3000 (2x8)

RX 5700 XFX

Windows 10

 

So basically all my games stutter quite a bit at startup like when loading an area, and I have minor stutters during gameplay occasionally.

 

During battlefield v I get 20-30min before it crashes to the desktop with no errors and it will sometimes give me no display input and I have to restart. Minecraft on the other hand has wierd black bars that show up whenever I move the mouse but the game itself runs fine. These are the only two games I have real issues with and I've done every test I can. 

 

Could this really be solved by DDU? I'm sorry to post twice about the same issue but I'm a complete novice at this and I'm stuck at work thinking on it. Thank you in advance!!
