was working with this AIO and mistakenly bent a fin which resulted in a small hole, although there is no leakage, would there be damage or affect to the cooling?

Bent/damaged fins usually don't cause an issue. Any way you can post a picture of the damage?

sadly no since i mounted it and put on the fans, but the bend is somewhere in the middle bending like 2 fins back to back

Well Like I said you usually won't have any issues and you won't notice a cooling impact with only a few fins damaged. So long as you've confirmed that it's not leaking then I wouldn't worry about it.

if it was leaking would i get a replacement from corsair? i bought it like 6 months ago

Manufacturers usually don't cover physical damage due to user error. Nothing is stopping you from asking them though so I would at least ask if it's something they would do.
