Laptop starts on third try.

So friend of mine tried to charge his Vape battery via his laptop from Omen and when he connected battery charger laptop just died, and now he have blackscreen everytime he tries to turn it on, eventualy on third try laptops turns on and works ok. He is using laptop like this for a month now, but when he is at my place atm i tried unpluging battery draining all power (that's all i could figure out right now). Do you guys have any idea what it could be ? Thank you and happy new year :).

Might be a power button issue? check, if there is any visible  damage on the mobo.

Already did, everything looks visualy fine. That is most bizzare because visualy there is nothing bad, when its turned on games  run great and without any issues, its still smooth and without problems, i will try to run in without battery, maybe that can be an issue, some internal damage ?
