How to turn off Molex power when PC is off

I just finished building a PC for my friend, installing all drivers etc and stress testing.

 

All is working well except that when the PC is switched off, the fans which are on a Thermaltake Controller continue spinning with a breathing LED. The fans are a set of 3 Thermaltake Riing 14 RGB Radiator Fan TT Premium Edition.

 

I would like to fully get the PC perfect for him before I hand it off in a few days.

 

The specs are as follow (Mix of new/used parts)

CPU: Ryzen 7 1700X

Cooler: Wraith Spire

Mobo: B450 Aorus Pro Wifi

Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB 16GB (2x8GB) 3000MHz

GPU: Zotac GTX 1070 Mini

PSU: Corsair RM750x

SSD: Lexar NM610 NVMe 500GB

HDD: Seagate Baracudda 2TB

Case: Phanteks P360X

Disable hibernation and the PC will no longer enther the hybrid sleep fake shutdown. A proper shutdown will turn off the PSU.

tried disabling hybrid sleep in windows and didnt work. 

 

but i have managed to solve it by enabling ErP in the BIOS power settings (not sure what it is)

 

pretty odd as this is not something i had to do in the many PCs I have built.

I have to do it on my. My rgb keyboard, mouse, and rgb pad still light up despite pc is shut down. Enable erp s4+s5 in bios solve this. My evga g2 does support erp.

Do not forget to also do all the updates not only of drivers but also of firmware, this could be something that has been corrected with the updates.
