gpu might be slightly overkill, the non xt variant would free up budget, also 32 gb is way too much unless you open 50 chrome tabs.

If you don't care about rgb on ram, there's gskill ripjaws 3600 Mhz for 135$

I'd aim for a 900GB - 1 TB m.2 SSD , good ones start from around 110-115$... worth doubling capacity for 20-30$ more.

Managed to save about $100 while also giving you more storage and faster ram. You can spend it on a cpu cooler or upgrading to the 3700x.
