my last 5700xt had issues, fans not spinning sometimes and high temps, i really worried now i think that the problem was because of the 0 rpm mode

Did you isolate software issue?

tried to ddu the driver couple of times and installed every driver possible, still same results, fans sometimes not spinning and reporting wrong RPM, gpu overheating and reaches above 50C.

Can this be turned off in the latest software?

Can  you just adjust the fan profile?

1. i dunno, afaik there wasn't an option to do that

2. yes already did that, same results the card completely ignoring the fan curves i've set

Just turn the 0 mode off.

Make a custom fan curve is even better.
