Logitech MX Master 3 - no battery led's / no DPI adjustments

Bought new today. So I've installed the latest drivers and installed the Logitech Options software.

The battery LED's aren't showing and also the green LED next to the horizontal scroll is off.

 

Also, I see no place to chose the DPI anywhere in the software.

I've Googled endlessly, no luck.

What gives here?
