Help with my laptop

adamab48

Hi i have this hp pavilion gaming laptop that i got last summer new and since then i have been having issues with , it has an I7 8750H with a GTX 1050 , 1 Tb hdd .I think that a laptop with this config should run at least popular games at 60 fps bare minimum but to my surprise when i play league of legends or any other game i have random dips in fps it goes down to like 10 or 15 and goes back up ,at first i thought it was the HDD which actually was very bad it went down to 15% health after 3 months of use i replaced it with another used HDD but the problems were not solved but reduced a bit i think .

could anyone help me with finding the core problem with my machine .

Why did you do that?

You should have got an SSD.

SSD's are not cheap in my country so i used that solution because i don't have the money right now and i can't risk actually saving and buying one that does not solve my problem

The HDD is causing you the problem, save up for an SSD asap.
