Scoobydoo and the Taskbar Mystery Icon

So I have a MYSTERY going on in my taskbar. It pops up randomly, and hides itself in the dropdown section. It can also stack, as I saw around 5 of this mysterious icon at once! Once I hover over them, it vanishes. I can't right click for options or anything, and I can't pinpoint the service through the task manager.

 

Any ideas what this thing may be? It's a magnifying glass for sure. But for what?

Very interesting! Right clicking a folder did make it pop up. I wonder if it's linked to me turning off Windows Search!
