No Sound after installing RX 570

Hello, I have been using a gt 1030 for 2 year and the sound worked find but after I installed the rx 570 i get no sound from my headphones and the only detected audio device is my monitor (which doesn't even have speakers)

please help been trying to fix this for 3 hours straight i tried ddu the rx 570 and reinstalling the audio drivers before then reinstalling the gpu drivers i ddu the audio drivers and reinstalled it, i did everything and nothing worked

Did you disable the gpu as an audio device in windows?
