Wanting to quiet down my gpu

i have a evga blower edition 1070 card and its loud and annoying i was wondering if theirs anyway i can make it quieter or any other cooling methods

You can change the fan curve and power settings, or get an aftermarket cooler. E.g. the Arctic Accelero series or Raijintek Morpheus 2.

Blower style coolers are usually louder. What you can do is buy bracket (nzxt I believe) and instal aio on it, not cheapest solution but definitely will improve temps and noise levels

Have you cleaned and repasted it recently?

I would recommend dusting it out, ensuring it gets fresh air for its intake, repasting it with something like kryonaut, and if you want to you can undervolt it to reduce the temps at the same performance level.

You don't, it's a loud cooler period. Either you buy a aftermarket one and slap it on there by modding or you live with it.
