USB to 3-pin fan header adapter?

I was kinda curious if these existed, since I need to cool my Dell down more, and there are 2 USB ports willing to give themselves up. And of course, I'll need a link.

No, since I'd have to find a way to sneak it out of the case. And I already have a metric ton of those.

Just one big hole in the back where there's free space should do the trick

A USB port does not take more than 5V, so that isn't physically possible..
