Does dbrand skin affect cooling on macbook pro?

Does anybody have experience on how much a dbrand skin for the bottom of a macbook pro affects it's thermals? It seems like the aluminum body of the macbook pro helps dissipate heat. Will covering it with a dbrand skin make a noticeable difference in terms of temperature?

Mine is absolutely fine it is just as hot as it was before it had the skin on.
